How to Reset Your Client Area, CPanel, and Domain E-mail Passwords



How to Reset Your Client Area Password
  1. Go to CollegeWebPro.com.  
  2. At the top, on the main menu, click on "Client Area".
  3. Click the blue button that says "Forgot Password?" and you have it sent to your e-mail.  
  4. Make sure that you type in the e-mail that you originally used to set up your account.
How to Find Your CPanel Password
  1. Locate the e-mail with the subject line "Welcome to College Web Pro".  This e-mail contains your CPanel login information.  
  2. It can also be reset by logging into your Client Area, clicking on "SERVICES" clicking on the hosting package, and then clicking on "Change Password" on the left-hand side.
How to Reset Your Domain E-mail Password
  1. Log in to your CPanel.  
  2. Click on E-mail Accounts.  
  3. Click on Change Password.
